Tree-Age / Em Ben

Just out of curiosity, where is everyone sourcing their injectable Em Ben from? This would be for an Arborjet system. I'm just wondering if there are suppliers who deal with bulk for larger EAB treatment contracts? I did some google searches but couldn't figure it out.

Thanks,
TNM

Tree-age is “agency priced”, meaning cost is set by Arborjet, and it doesn’t matter which distributer you buy it from. My chem vendor told me they’re contractually obligated to NOT discount AJ products, with the exception of early-order programs. I think municipalities get a slight discount, but it has to be a government purchasing it in bulk. Once upon a time you were able to use a generic TreeStuff promo code to save 15% off an order, and AJ products were included—not sure how they got away with that.

Not sure about bulk pricing on the other em bens, I stick to the brand name for EAB treatments.

Yep...watch for early order programs starting in late November or so. Sign up for ArborJet emails. They don't flood you with too many. Then you'll know.

I'd recommend starting treatments when there is a KNOWN infestation within 50 miles. We learned in Ohio time and again, that when they said it was 50 miles away, it was here. It is difficult to detect in small quantities.

Oh...and make sure you are using G4. MUCH, MUCH, MUCH easier (quicker) to inject than the original.
