Trango Cinch for trade/sale

I have a Trango Cinch that I traded for a while back, but have never used in a tree. It's got some wear from testing it out on the ground and being in the gear bag, but its basically brand new, I Just prefer a hitch on my lanyard.

I am willing to trade for anything interesting climbing-related, I am trying to get more into SRT so anything for that, or really any climbing gear (ascenders, carabiners, slings, rings, etc.)

I prefer to trade on TreeBay, but if you really want it, I'll let it go for $50

I've got a Petzl Ascension ascender and I would also toss in a Rock Exotica Rock D ORCA carabiner. (The one with the auto lock gate that can be set in an unlocked position and will auto lock when you let it snap shut). Both used but perfectly functional.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't you use this for a lowerable base tie for SRT?[/QUOT

is it still for sale? I definitely want it

No. I would not use it for a lowerable base tie. I’ve got a trango on a 20’ beeline lanyard and I really like it but it’s s little too light duty for a base anchor

I would not either, but I did work with a guy who used one in this fashion daily for several years at least with no failure or incidents.
