Training Records and Froms

Hey All,

Starting to pay more attention to training records with my employees. We just started hiring people this year and I'd like to organize the info.

Does anyone have task specific check sheets or forms that you use or forms that show what aspects of the job employees are qualified for?

"If it isn't written down it doesn't exist"

That was a mantra that a safety director chanted at a meeting I attended. Even if your records start out as hand written notebook paper collected in a vertical file they are likely to keep you on the shorter end of an OSHA fine. Every time a training is done, document who, what, when, where.
 
i got osha coming in tommorow to interview my employees here tommorow, if they ask for documentation of training im only able to show what ive done here in 2 months, beyond that its questionable, ill post more tommorow night or when i get the copy of what the investigation finds,
its been an education working here thats for sure,glad its not my business
