Throw balls, throw bags, lead mules?

Happy to have a new design brought to us. Happy with the performance for a few weeks. Very happy with my local Sherrill store @ Vermeer. Contentedly happy with the performance. Just left wondering what is next...
Still not time to make the switch to one of those rubber cannon plugs! I don't want to kick sand in anyones eyes either. Just want to provide a neutral voice on the topic. Focus on the good, so to say. Mom would be proud.
Hand pick a new, updated throwball from my local dealer. All smiles. 2-3 weeks of regular use, and all seems well. Mr. Throwball hit a few sidewalks with no sign that he was gonna spill his guts, as his predecessors did. Fabic and stitching seemed to be resisting wear quite well. Until one seemingly harmless swing back to the trunk. Split at the seam, but no buckshot leaking out. They put it in a balloon. Seems natural, a diaphragm for the guts. Back to my local dealer, and as they said they would. My injured friend stayed with them and I get to start over with a new one. Didn't have a dime that day. Did't spend a dime that day. Happy with my local dealer indeed. At a manufacturing level, here is to hoping that project throwball be dubbed "BETA". Yeah, so 13 bucks isn't that bad, and they ARE replacing them for free. Here is the thing- It makes me smile to get my rope set. It makes me smile to climb a tree. It's a bummer when gear fails. It makes me smile to think that somebody is listening.

My brand new Harrison Rocket disappeared a week after i bought it... a few people were using my throwlines on one job... I really liked that throwbag.

I'm back on my Sherrill's bags now, still no complaints except they just aren't as tightly fitted.
