That guy must really need some chips. Judging from the size of his brush pile, he's gonna be busy for the next few months. I say a very small amount of diesel fuel coupled with a match and Bob's your uncle.

He probably just needs a small amount of chips for animal bedding and is using a silage chopper that he already has and uses to make animal feed to make some bedding.
