i've been shooting a few little clips like this from in the tree lately. the first bit is a little woozy...

I watched the lot of them, sort of soft landing trees, quite, no noise and bits busting off flying everywhere.

Looks like there's a ton of branches to cut off on the way up, do they drip sticky resin out like pines?

only the one clip is mine eric. that tree was a western hemlock, not sappy usually, can be pretty brushy though.
