The connections on my Big Shot tubing - PIC added

I've noticed that the ends of the rubber tubing that connect to the pouch were gradually 'unrolling'. When I first got my Big Shot, the ends of the tubing were neatly 'rolled' back over the tubing, forming a nice, clean connection with the nylon straps that attach the pouch.

Now, the roll is completely gone on both tubes. I've only used this thing about a dozen times, including the 'moon shots' Tom did with it when he was here

. Just kiddin' Tom.

So I called Sherrill. They didn't like that and are sending me a set of new tubes and pouch - free! They asked if I would mind sending my set in for inspection. Of course I'm going to, I'd like to know what they think of what's happening.

You guys seen this problem?

Mine have inverted a little but not completly. This is something that I keep a careful eye on every time that I use the Big Shot.
