Good as a joke but soon as you are making money off of it then it gets serious real fast. The big boys have a building full of lawyers keeping an eye on everything for patent/trademark/copyright infringement.
Tiles 'R' Us in Toronto, sued and forced to change their name.
An online T-shirt company sued for royalties on a T-shirt that featured a design that looked like Frankenstein's monster.
A coffee shop sued by Starbucks for using their Frappaccino trademarked name.
The list goes on.....

Don't want to get the Buzz in to trouble with the law!
