Stumpex Stump Grinder

My director would like me to look into using a Fecon Stumpex for grinding out stumps on the boulevard. We would be using it primarily for boulevard stumps which worries me because we are constantly space restricted and dealing with underground utilities. We would maintane our wheel grinder for when we had to use it, but I am concerned we would run into the problem of constantly switching back and forth between equipment.

Has anyone demoed or used one of these machines? Are they practical for a street tree situation? What are the limitations?
