Selling an almost new (used twice and the winch once) Stein rigging bollard. Nothing wrong with it. Immaculate condition. I used it for one job and it's not for my operation. Would rather see it go and get more use than we could give it.

Retail w/ winch is $1,300.00. I would like to get $800 and I will pay the shipping within CONUS. Please, do not ask to ship to Canada.
Check it out here. I can get you photos if necessary, but it is almost new.

Hello, Donny!
A quick question. When you say “It’s not for my operation”, why is that the case? Is it that it is too slow in operation for a fast-paced environment?
I’m just wondering what it was about the device that caused you to think that it was just not for you. I know you might be reluctant to speak in what might be construed as a bashing manner about something invented by Reg Coates, but I don’t think Reg would mind an honest review. He said himself that the product was not intended for everyone; he was trying to fill a niche in the marketplace that would make the capability available to more people. I know Reg hates to hear this stuff, but he’s one of my arb heroes, as I’m sure he is for many other folks.
Sorry to be so long-winded. I just wanted to try to get you to share your experiences in working with the device. Thanks in advance. Tim.

Hello Tim,

I purchased the device for a certain project that needed its specific qualities. I do not need it anymore. Nothing wrong with the quality or craftsmanship of the device or system.

My operation is very small and our focus is more preservation then technical removals. Not to say that I shy away from technical removals, but I can’t have a $1300 piece of equipment sitting on the shelf collecting dust for the four or five times I may use it during the year. Again it’s served it’s purpose for the operation that I needed and I have no issues with the quality or craftsmanship of the device.
