Static Line

I have over 200' of 5/8" static line nice enough rope and strong but soooo stiff a knot is impossible. My buddy and I took some tracers (threads) out and that made it doable but not nice to use.

Any ideas how to make it practical out of something I never use?

That would make an awesome speedline for heavy rigging. Get some eyes sewn in the end and use a prussik for any midline attachments

Yeah, I thought about that just never kept it on the truck. I thought a porti on each end would skip the splice.
