The hitch cord: it is 80 cm long from eye to eye, which is 31,5". Diameter is 9.1mm and it is made from aramid/polyester.

That arborist block looks diff than the others I have seen. What are the rope capacities and what is the weight rating? Also what is the shive diameter. I am interested to say the least.

The block: it has rope capacity up to 15mm ropes, minimum breaking strenght (MBS) 80kN, working load limit (WLL) 16 kN - divides to 2x8kN to each side. The sheeve diameter is 65 mm, which is 2,56". The block opens and closes by pushing a steel button on a spring and sliding the side plate - not via screwing the bolt or knob like on heavy duty blocks. This block is for lighter use and is faster to install and take off. the weight of it is 914 grams.
