Used over the course of several months - double-digital number of climbs on each of them.

In excellent condition. Webbing exhibits very little wear. Bodies of devices have very minor scuffing, if any at all. See pictures below.

Love my Stryder, first two steps may need a jiggle to feed rope then zero issues (11.7 rope), hard time believing CT is THAT much better.

Now, I WILL say that the spring on the Stryder is nice in that respect, Serf. Just a jiggle or two and you're off and (rope-) running (harrrrr).

It could very well be - and probably is - that you are holding your foot slightly differently than I do, or have the body of the device positioned in a way that facilitates easier rope feeding, or use a rope that for whatever reason doesn't exhibit the same behavior with the device that I was experiencing.

I know something's different tho! It has been 100% success since using both the CT and the CI devices.
