Sherrill's Version of the Arbor Trolley

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Got an email ad from Sherrill this morning, as did most of you probably. Thought I'd seek opinions:

First, I'm surprised it took so long. This (Reg's) design is clearly superior to their old old dolly. I guess I can see a use for the plate at the back. Not sure I want to keep track of six stakes instead of four. I like the floatations of the pneumatic tires.

My main reason for posting is this: it looks really solid and well built. Then I saw it is cheaper than the Arbor Trolley by about $65. Maybe trouble for the AT?

Then I looked at probably the most important factor for me: weight. Turns out it really is well built. To the tune of 169 pounds!
Literally double the weight of the AT. That may be the deal breaker for some buyers. Am I wrong?

Edit: I wrongly assumed that this was a Sherrill product and design. It is not.

I sent e-mail questions to sherrill:
To be fair it doesn't appear to be "Sherrill's" design, but an alternate by "Notch Tree", carried by Sherrill.

NOTCH TREE TROLLEY
Item #: 36692
Questions:

Width of outside tire-to-tire
Width of outside upright stake-to-stake
ID of square tubing on cart where handle connects
(i.e. can I fit a standard 1-1/4" sq tube for a 1-7/8" trailer ball fitting in there)
Actual width of each tire
Tires have tubes, or tubeless
Wheels are steel
Weight of cart, without upright stakes or base plate

Good questions. Obviously a huge plus for the AT is that it fits thru pretty much every gate in existence. The way those stakes curve out makes me wonder if it'll fit thru those tight ones.

The arbor trolley will remain available. Notch is our house brand for both stores.

I was wondering when someone was going to post this " Thing" I'm more then happy with my arbor trolley going on 4 plus years and not one single issue! I've seen those old Sherrill carts blow tires when I was doing a job with my lift for another company and I said ......well I have my AT here why don't you try it! ( remember that Chuck! ) @squad143 kinda of disappointed they'll even think of selling that and an extreme kick in the nards to Reg and the AT. No disrespect to you and Luke Nick. You'd sell this and the AT but not the SAKA still? Same thing isn't it but Reg and stein are too professional to sue over it or something silly. Brutal really. Please everyone keep buying the arbor trolley and support one of our own, and not one of these things. That weights a huge factor also, need the mini skid just to unload that beast! Anyway end of rant support Reg and stein! Superior product

You were one of the original champions of the AT, right? Did you make this or is it a Sherrill thing? What is Notch? Brand just for this or other creations as well? Like ropelogic? It was sad to see abr go by the wayside, a trusted brand and all that.

It's a bit sad but the sad part really is in the poor imitation of the AT. Both by this and the bts hauler, clearly inferior products with very similar prices.

Notch is a house brand for all sorts of hard goods.

I love the arbor trolley that's for sure. Both products have features unique to themselves.

We have 2 Sherrill log dollys that sucks ass. So much so that one is 2 years old and still has the bubble wrap on it. Heavy as shit, take up room in the truck and doesn't fit through gates. Sure you can load it to 1000 lbs but you can't move it. Told my boss to get the AT too expensive he reckons. Now we have 2 useless carts and sore backs...
