scaffolding at the comp

just wondering if anybody has used scaffolding around the trees at a comp for specifically the work climb and areal rescue. I think it would not only bring the audience and judges up to the action(better photos and video) for a closer look, but could also facilitate easy access for the competitors. I think a lot of would be spectators feel too separated from the action to have a true appreciation of what is really happening. From a competitors standpoint, it would be fun to have your friends right next to you as you are swinging from station to station. The ITCC is here in Portland in 2012 and its got me thinking.

what about hanging a small camera off a branch above the action and have it zoomed in on the rescue dummy? for the work climb, how about a camera man or tripod in a bucket or scissor lift?
