Hi everyone, I am currently looking for an experienced climber to fill a spot on one of our crews here in Princeton. We offer a competitive package of good pay, 401k with company match up to $1000.00, full medical including eye and dental. Also we have a equipment account payed into by the company for gear you may want that is not provided by the company ( we do provide climbing gear as well now). SRT is welcomed and honestly I hold it in high regard. As the Operations Manager for this office I will say up front, I am looking for a skilled climber but above all else want a team member that has the best intentions for others around them at heart, and works unselfishly with a goal to help better each person around them.
