Obviously neither lol. Kidding aside im not sure which is the better one. I feel like the haas is easier on and off unless you leave the saka foot loop on all the time then the saka is probably the easier of the 2. After just cycling the bungee in my hands I give the saka the advantage on function. It seems smoother and like it would flow better.
