Has anyone had trouble getting them to get you parts for one of their products? We have 2 grapples and a shear and need some replacement parts for months now. We called them, emailed them, and then spoke to them at the expo and were promised a call that still has yet to come. Is it just us?
 
Mark is a repeat Branch Manager customer... he also has some Ryan's equipment as well.


I wanted to become a dealer for Ryan's back in 2014, but they wouldn't return calls... they were always "thinking about it and would get back to me" or was going to talk to his wife and get back with me.... this being after I thought I had access to their products (they sent dealer pricing information). I didn't find out until I was trying to place a ~$30k order. I missed about $60k in sales because of that and it has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
 
It's too bad. They make good products.

And yes, I love Dave! Been his friend for a decade. Have many products of his. Maybe bought 4 machines and grapples from him. I didn't make the purchases from Ryans, but I do like their equipment. Just don't like their customer support or lack thereof.
