ripped off

Last Friday we got ripped off at lunch. Parked the truck at lunch where we could see it no problem. Came out and noticed dude walking around the rig and then he opened up one of the boxes. I ran over and had some words, guy got in his truck pretty fast so I took time to get the plate number about then I notice the br 600 blower in the back of his truck as he's speeding away. That's the bad part. Good part is I got the plate # called the cops and gave the description etc etc. and the next day I picked the dude out of a picture line up. Officer says he already has warrants out and he be charged with a felony theft. Didn't get the blower back but at least this dude might have to pay when they catch him.

Sorry to hear about you getting ripped off but nice job getting his plate and IDing the guy. Hopefully the police will be able to track the sh*tbag down and throw his a$$ in jail....and retrieve your blower for you. Good luck.

Usually when they get guys like that they find garage loads of equipment.

I've lost a few grand in gear bags over the past few years. I think i know the general location, but I have always realized things are gone a day or so after the fact. It is always the rigging stuff that I use a few times a month. Funny how a much a bag full of 3/4 rope, spring blocks and slings will run you

Lowest form of criminals, the thiefs. Got a ms260 lifted out of my truck a little back. It hurts man, $600 bucks is a hard days work, same as your blower. Equipment ain't cheap. Don't worry man, he will get his, karma strikes sooner or later.
