Tom,

If I combine the Child Labor thread with the 6 year Old Accident Death,thread, in view of your above post, how do I avoid asking about that child's encounter with his own Dad as his Grim Reaper?

I'm not being harsh and unforgiving because his father has suffered enough--I don't know the man and his circumstances, but do we not bring up the subject as if grief should shelter honest truth?

Apparently, his chipper didn't even have a safety device to examine--and my review of what passes for new equipment today wouldn't have made any difference; it's not neccesary or too costly for any different designs.

The words, child and chipper, don't even belong in the same sentence, let alone ever in the same presence.

BTW: Seems Awakenings should always recognize dishonest truth as surrogate grim reapers; manufacturers, professional agencies, regulators, and our own bottomless wells of personal stupidities.
