The winch is the official stein winch the bollard is made to exactly their specs by me. The only thing that may be different is I used a piece of sch40 pipe and all 3/16' steel and the side and back were both bend to match one another. Also the pipe is welded to back as well as the front. Hope the makes sense? A little background on me I am certified nuclear welder and this device has gone through and passed an NDI (non destructive inspection) to include X-ray and magflux. The winch has been used three times works great just not the tool for me. I will included the friction cord an biner too. The bollard has been powder coated which turned out to be a bad idea on the bollard itself as the rope melted into the powder coat instead of rub it off. You can see in the pictures where I worked with a wire brush to remove much of the powder coat.

Asking $600 obo I will take care of shipping for the right price.
