R&R ALC Isolator Clamps?

Quick question for the Aerial Lift of Connecticut owners out there.....
I want to pull the band clamps off my insulator for paint. Is it as simple as it looks and does anyone have the torque spec to reinstall them? Thanks

The answer I have found is that they come right off but are very difficult to get back on. Apparently ALC themselves used to just mask off the isolator to paint the clamps. I left mine alone.

How tall is your bucket? @802climber. Also what engine is in it? I see you pull a dump trailer with your tractor. Any problems with the hills around your parts?

Mask off and paint after the booms in use a few weeks you will never notice it!

Yes it is slow on hills. DT466e but it was a Ryder truck so no power. Still beats a Maxxforce though. 55 ft at the platform.
