Question about some measurment on the BMG grapple?

Hello!

I have now finished building a homemade log grapple ala BMG.

I have a question about one measurment. Im buying a new grapple, i have not recived i yet, but i am going to cut and weld the link/connection beetween the Bmg and the grapple so it is ready when i get the grapple.

And i need to now how many inches or mm from point 1 to 2 in the drawing.

I have made a drawing and have attached it to the tread and if someone understand what i am trying to explain, can you please help me ? :D

Ahh, i see my text is a little bit wrong!

I have built everything myself except the grapple, i have bought a new grapple from Deleks.com; deleks dk 10 timbergrab.

And i would like to now the measurment on the point i have made on the drawing :)

And then i can make the "link"/rotator between the hanger and the grapple, and i need the measurment so i can get the right measurment.
 
Dave Noorgard makes a great product. The BMG was his design and took lots of work and money to get it to the point that it is. Maybe just figure it out on your own instead of ripping off his hard work.

Well, i like to make things and equipment, this time i made this equipment, and i have saved a lot of money by dooing this myself this time.

Well, i just have to figured it out by myself then.
