Found a cheap way to save your prusik cord from being destroyed when it back feeds into your pulley. We all know that you can go ahead and buy your self some prusik minding pulleys, but whats the point if the ones you have are working just fine ( just another waste of money).
Get your self a 2 1/4 drill bit. Find an old 2 gallon gas can or something plastic with about the same thickness and drill a hole into it. Take the disk that falls out and drill a hole into the center of it that will allow your rope to pass through it. Cut a slit from the outer edege to the center hole to make it easy to place on your line. After rigging your line up place the disk between the prusik and the pulley and you will have a prusik gaurd.
This will save you from needing to buy a a prusik minding pulley pulse it is cheap and the wife wont be P.O at you again.
