We are looking for someone with ability in many areas as a production manager must be able to handle LOTS of situations.
Skills required are:
Valid drivers license- This is 100% mandatory.
Fast learner
Some sales ability- to close neighbor’s jobs and get rid of chips.
Mechanical skills, welding, experience with heavy equipment, maintenance.
Bilingual in Spanish
**Ability to work LONG hours
Production organization and management experience.
