Procerva Root rot

Just read a USDA Forest Service flyer about Pinus strobus and it referenced Procerva Root Rot as a disease.

I tried googling it but only found sites that had the text from the flyer.

Perhaps it is spelled wrong or is now called something else.

Can anyone enlighten me on Procerva?
