Preventative treatments IPS beetles in white pine

Anyone using systemics to treat landscape pines as a preventative to IPS beetle infestations from neighboring pines?

If so, what products are labeled for doing so?

Onyx (made by FMC) @ 24 oz per 100 gals. Bifenthrin w/a bark penetrant. Nice product, good residual, works well. Needs 56 day lead time for full bark penetration.
