Pin Oak Problem?

A friend of mine sent me this picture (sorry, it’s all I have) of a leaf, which has me puzzled. This might be something simple that I don’t recognize, or maybe all the colors changed when the leaf went brown?

Either way, from what I can tell, it’s a seasonally brown leaf with some rather bright yellow spots. Anyone have an idea what’s up with this leaf, and if it’s of concern? If it help, the tree is in southern Delaware.

That does look similar. Will the spots turn bright yellow like that when the leaves drop? That what has me puzzled, I’ve never seen leaves with bright spots like that around here.
Yes. When the leaves turn the spots seem to brighten up and look like sunbursts. Like a lot of the pin oak problems, oak leaf blister doesn't seem to hurt the tree.

Interesting. I figured the spots probably looked different when the leaves were green, but I wasn’t sure. Thank you, that’s not a disease that I usually see on the Oaks around here.
