Petzl Pantin Logistics Question

Tried searching, couldn’t find the answer I’m after...

Does anyone know if the aftermarket black plastic catch Petzl sells fits on the old-style Pantin? I have the version that has an attachment hole on the underside of the cam, but it still looks a little different from what I can see in photoshop compared to the new model. I just inherited a used Pantin and wanted to see if I could know before I buy.

Petzl Pantin catch doesn't fit

I have a petzl Pantin...an older green one with no latch. Probably bought it back around 2007. I bought the retro fit latch from petzl and it doesn't seem to work with this design. There is clearly a spot for a catch to attach, but the shape of the plastic catch by the little bolt hole won't...

Once you figure out how to not have it come off when you don’t want it to, and how to just kick it off the rope when you want to, it’s an awesome foot ascender. A few folks treasure those old ones.
