Between the tree crews, PHC, recyclers and mechanics we have around 45 in the season and about 35 now plus sales and office staff. Around 60 employees total. I do not know the total man hours.

Just a thought: I've heard of companies that offer some sort of monetary/Christmas bonus type of compensation based on zero lost time due to accidents and incidents. Keeping this in mind, I've often wondered about how many of the aforementioned are not reported by employees, or even mentioned at all for fear of losing that potential bonus?!

We do have a bonus program. It based on injuries and property damage as well as damage to our equipment . It works very well and the employees love it.
