yup, still looking. anybody want to join a tight crew, work for a well-organized company with equipment in good condition that believes in promoting the professional development of each crew member?
salary is negotiable - just reach out.

update to original post:
- medical/dental/vision is now 100% employer paid with an option for life insurance buy up
- jan 2022 our old 3% IRA match ends and a 4% match 401K begins

we also still have a 3 month backlog of work, IN JANUARY.

i've put at least 10 employees through TRAQ and intend to continue offering to foot the bill for things like TRAQ and CTSP as appropriate. if you have at least a year of climbing experience, come learn with us!

@Kathy_Holzer

Jumping into a big city is tough. Especially an expensive one.

Maybe speak to the nature of the Seattle tree community.

Do you have leads on housing options that are near your base of operation.

Just knowing the zip code for your shop/ work yard/ meetup spot would help a person understand housing, vehicle needs, and bike-commuting/ public transport opportunities.

I've only met Cathy over a group lunch years ago at an ISA conference, and was acquainted with a former employee of Cathy's.

This is a good opportunity, folks!

thanks sean. all of that info is available with just an email to me. assuming most people thinking about relocating to seattle will reach out with these questions anyway.

still open folks. salary is negotiable.

hey kathy, i’m probably a little further away from moving out there than you’re looking for, about a year. i’m taking a pnw trip this summer to do some working interviews with a few companies in a couple different cities. i’d love to know if this would be possible with your company. i’m happy to send over my information, resume / work videos
