Oregon speed cut – Nano

Just purchased the bar and chain combo for my t435. It's .325 pitch .043 gauge. Came with 3/8 50 gauge. For a $320 saw brand new I like it for the little use that I use it. I don't know how it would do everyday use. But anyway that new bar and chain comes loose so much. I mean I've tightened it so many times I don't I think the chain is still stretching. I just don't think or remember my stock bar and chain running loose as often as this one is. Didn't know if anybody else had the same issue. I love the way it cuts but I just hate how it keeps loosening up. Could just be the tensioner Maybe.

Yup! Im not sure if it has anything to do with the holes in the bar for the adjuster , there rather large. Maybe it allows the vibrations of the saw to move the adjuster in the hole make a note chain go slack I like to look at my older bar but I'm pretty sure those holes are a little narrower. But the thing Cuts 10 times better so much that I'll just keep tightening the chain.... Maybe!

I looked at the stock bar and the adjustment holes are the same size.,ran it again today, chain didn't see3to come loose, maybe the stretch more th3the stock set up??

Well its a smaller guage chain so im just assuming it stretches a little more ? The chain i usually run is 3/8 .050... this is smaller .325 pitch .043 guage. And this saw is my personal saw, i run a 201t at work. I usually run the saw for a min and stretch the chain then tighten it up again. But this one just kept streching i think. We will see after i go through this one if the next chain does the same..
