I believe in giving credit when due...
Reading a lot about disjointed tech support for the CMC brand lift. I got an Omme from tracked lifts end of last summer. There have been a few glitches. Tech support has been able to zero in on the issues immediately and talk my mechanic through it.
I had an issue last week and told Them my mechanic wasn't available.
They flew a guy out the next day. I'm in a somewhat remote area and the service tech had to fly to Albuquerque and drive 200 miles up here. He showed up at 4 and was on his way by 5;30.
Stunningly good service in this age of expecting less.
Kudos to Eric the service manager at tracked lifts. And Thanks to Thomas- lead tech from Denmark- that I was lucky enough to have help me.
