Olympia, WA Groundworker/ Climber/ Apprentice Climber

southsoundtree

Been here much more than a while
Location
Olympia, WA
Long story short...I could write a long, corporate job description...Able to stand, squat, sit...inclement weather conditions...able to follow directions, work safely...driver's license and clean record...physically and mentally fit.

Short story, I was backed-up on work before the first wind storm came at Christmas, then another wind storm, then record snow.

I need short/ long-term fully-functioning employees in beautiful Olympia. I can train someone who is trainable, but coming in front-loaded, without baggage.

Safety first.
Make a plan, work the plan, ask how the plan worked.
Kick butt, take names, keep growing.

I've been climbing SRT before Rope Wrenches, am on the mini-loader/ grapple wagon, have a Wraptor, GRCS, Log arch, blah, blah, blah. I've got at least 20 well used wedges in the truck, if that point to being able to fell big trees...

I don't really look for work, it keeps looking for me.

PM me. Gotta go to work.

And I've seen a YouTube video or two.

A little bit of tips on the shed, and fence, perched over/ on the raspberry trellises. This was a large chunk of the crown, split at an inclusion. Needs to be dealt with.

Oregon White Oak.

Can use some tip reduction. Impressive that the rest didn't fail in the snow-load. This was the southern side, so more horizontal, possibly, due to phototropism.

Also noticed more snow damage on the southern sides. Think the sun warmed the snow and make it sticker and heavier.

Feel free to email resume, pics, letter of introduction, etc.

You see what Tyler did. Good Stuff.

My kid is getting older, and taking less daytime parenting. Ready to expand more, as talent allows.
