Can I ask what those two cuts were for after you made your face, when you were taking out the top? Looked like u put them below the face cut. Just curious. Thanks

Just a little added safety just in case the bark peeled. Was it needed? Probably not.

I did do the tree in 35 minutes without spikes though....

Yes. I'm using the Drift HD170. I filmed this job in 780p, I could have went 1080p, but I wouldn't have gained anything as most people will watch it on the pc.

Yep. Cyberlink makes good stuff. I've got the PowerDirector V.8.

Every year there are reviews on video editing software and Cyberlink is almost always #1. They are the best (in the P.C. world) for features and cost.
