Treemachine, please share a few pics once you get it done. Prana, everytime I see your truck I drool. I've had a NQR for almost two years now and I'll ditto what climbinghigh said. I feel very fortunate that I have been able to pay it off quickly and it's been a good step forward for my business but I have found myself browsing the FVR / FTR / T6500 / T7500 that are out there. I definitely want to stay with a cab over. As much as I would like to modify my chipper and put my mini on it as some others have done, pulling about 7500 lbs with a four banger; not good.

If your truck was 4x4, it would be the ULTIMATE! It's so darn close to the ultimate. Really nice set up, Prana!

I've got a Fuso FG 140 that I really like except for the DPF system. That's a bit of a burn out, but I otherwise love the truck. If we didn't need a 4x4 for certain parts of the year to access our dump site, I'd want something like Prana's truck.

We run two different GMC cabovers with Cat engines, great trucks for accessibility on tight jobs or when working in the city. Plenty of power to pull the chippers, grinders, etc. They usually go out everyday with Bandit 280XP Grapple chippers and run fine loaded or not. Overall, they're great trucks as long as they are maintained.

I'm so out of date with that stuff. The last big CAT I maintained on a regular basis was a Twin Turbo 3412 ED in a massive Hogzilla tub grinder. That was a while ago. It should be no surprise to me if the 34xx means nothing anymore by this time. A couple days ago I saw a 950K loader (I think...) and it looked like a space ship. The last one I saw was a G, and I thought, "Where have I been for so long?"
