I think I found another source. </div> <div class="bbCodeBlock-expandLink js-expandLink"><a role="button" tabindex="0">Click to expand...</a></div> </div> </blockquote><br /> I&#039;ve never heard of a dealer selling something for more than msrp. Unless you&#039;re living on a remote island.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Found a good deal. $28,400. Sold my 525tx for $11,100.00. Life is good. <div class="bbWrapper">So with this new toro, do you guys lay out a strip of plywood for it to travel on or not? I&#039;m curious about the turf disturbance.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Really interested in how the tx1000 compares to the tx525 on turf. My dealer says that the 1000 is better or equal to the 525 on turf but I have not been able to talk with someone who has one in the field. The two units I&#039;m considering are the 525 and the 1000. Don&#039;t want to make the wrong choice. I was hoping to be able to use the dingo to mulch properties and this would require tracking across lawns. This would be done on dry lawns of course. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">The 1000 is 800 pounds heavier, but the tracks are longer than the 525. We have noticed a little more tracking, but the 1000 is so much more of a machine that it is not an issue. Buy the 1000, thank me later!<br /> <br /> Sent from my XT1097 using Tapatalk</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Thanks I appreciate your input. In your opinion on a dry lawn can we track across it with a tree and not have to rake out and reseed? With the 525 we just take the leaf blower and its like we were never there. Thanks again!</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Yes. But the capacity of the 1000 is such that if you take too big of loads you might track a little. <br /> <br /> Sent from my XT1097 using Tapatalk</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Just ordered the tx1000 with the toro grapple, forks, and bucket. Should be in, in about a week. Going to get the high capacity bucket soon. Can&#039;t wait! Oasis how has the maintenance been on the 1000?</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">See the first post on this thread. Since then, we have had another hose rub thru where it comes thru the frame. Access for maintenance is much better on this machine tho. <br /> <br /> Ask them to put the riser on the hydraulic breather on for you, if you machine does not have it. <br /> <br /> Sent from my XT1097 using Tapatalk</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">If someone could post pictures of lawns before and after using this machine I&#039;d appreciate it. Others would too.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I have a couple of td jobs on my new tx1000. I agree the lawn damage is the same or even less with the new one (I had a 525 too) but like said you pick up so much more weight there in lies the impasse. Boards sometimes but things are real dry here right now so we have not had to use them yet except pivoting.<br /> <br /> The only thing that is a little less than a dramatic improvement is when loading way higher with this machine...you go to place the piece into the dump trailer and it starts to rotate out to the center of the trailer, then suddenly it tracks straight down. I suspected and voiced this concern prior to buying it but I can live with it.<br /> <br /> I am considering buying the ANBO 48&quot; grapple since as I thought the Dingo grapple might limit my capacity and I believe it is....by a lot.</div>

Are you talking about the vertical lift can radial not offering as much reach at mid lift height?</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">No the piston set up is arranged so you cannot get the piece far away from the machine when lowering (or lifting) to put it more to the center of the dump trailer. Bit disappointing, but life will go on.</div>
