I have dedicated this year to voulnteering at TCC's. I plan on proudly serving as Head Judge. What about you- competing or in a tree tekking? The competitor count is creeping up, New Englanders need to stop procrastinating and register. What about the competitors from UMASS and CT TCC- are you guys- and Gals (Marcy, Bear, Melissa)- are you done already? C'mon, speak up.

I have heard mixed gossip about JD, I hope he is there- and well for that matter. Glad to hear ya'll are comming. The prizes and awesome. Who has heard from Dan Wiese and the guy who won CTTCC? I hope to see several students from the UMASS program as well. Royce, Bartlett Boys? Get the word out to register now rather than later. Event judges should be receiving an e mail with the 08 rules packet specific to their event along with the general rules.

Time for personal shout outs. I would like to hear from Boston Bull, SKNAPP, inztreez, Chris Girard, Jeff Peroti, the Duffy's, Rich H, Kman and any other arborists in the New England region. Where is the buzz about this comp?

That's what I'm talking about, glad to see you guys are making the effort. Hey BostonBull, you will learn more there in one day and have fun while doing it. It is a group effort, plenty of ideas to be shared- it's all about being safer and more productive a work. Great to see you comming!

I have never been ina comp nor seen one, but Marcy asked me to go...Being that I am from ME and all I suppose its only fitting...48 seconds on a 50 foot footlock is pretty poor though...I might to have to practice a bit

Footlock isn't gonna make or break ya, Bro.

I have been making calls trying to get more people interested, looks like we'll have a good solid group from Boston.

Time limit is 60 seconds, OTG is right- not alot of points there. Last year I hit 23 or somewhere in there and was 3rd, the leader wasn't that far ahead. Best bet for points in to know the rules, know the Z Aerial Rescue Flowchart, and have fun. Network with the competitors. You will do fine, glad you're comming.
