Who wouldn't have guesses it would go south in a hurry. I figured that it would get used for #1, but #2??. For those that just dump their chips without using them, I can see it.
I wonder how many unknown teenaged romatic encounters have occurred on a pile of chips in an unsuspecting owner truck by neighborhood kids, late at night. For that matter, maybe not only teenaged, if anyone parks near a watering hole.
