Sydogg agrees with Raven. It's too easy to rip on these guys, especially the hard-hatless wonder. He was probably riding high on good will towards his community, and feeling a little bit invinceable.

Wonder why they needed to use the man lift. They had a climber there that could of went up in that tree and did that job than man lift people were doing.
