Need arbo in San Rafael, CA area

This week I got a note from a fellow who inhabits another forum that I frequent. The forum is focused on the works of Patrick O'Brian, the author of the "Master and Commander" series. http://www.wwnorton.com/forums/POB/POBforum.htm

The fellow has a split ash tree that needs to be bolted and cabled. Does anyone work in that area or know a good arbo in the BAy area so that I can connect them?

Not far from the Bay is Robert Phillips and Sam Noonan. I'm not sure, but I think that the Aborjenas are also close to there?
