One of my arborist trainees just put in his 2 week notice, he got his union electrician job. I have an awesome team here in Springfield, only 6 employees, but all are totally turned on about the biz. We took 1st and 2nd this year in the midwest chapter comp. and we have Kristian Schultz (2-time Michigan Champion) for safety and motivation (you'll see what I mean). I have all the chiefs I need for right now, so what I really need is a good, dependable, hard worker that can go out and hit a home run every day. I don't care about experience, We can train anyone who comes to me with a great attitude and work ethic. I don't have any groundsmen, all employees must be willing to climb and train for eventually taking their arborist exam. I pay based on attitude and production and what I can afford.
