North American Training Solutions, Inc. Project Manager/Administrator Job Description
North American Training Solutions, Inc. is a safety training company. NATS provides safety skills training and education for Commercial, Utility, Municipal, Governmental and other Green Industry related industries. We are seeking an honest, trustworthy team-oriented Project Manager/Administrator who is an organized and motivated individual to work with our organization. This person must interact with clients, sales staff, instructors, office personnel, management staff and attendees/students. We are looking to fill this position immediately. This individual must meet the requirements listed below. A background in tree care or landscape is beneficial but not required. Pay rate will be based on experience and qualifications. Depending on location and after a period of training time, it is possible the position can be facilitated from a home office.
Position Responsibilities
• Develop process and procedure for On-Boarding
• Administrate the NATS on-boarding process with NATS team members to ensure a consistent on-
boarding process and flow of personnel through the processes
• Produce on-boarding paperwork and ensure all on-boarding packets have the required materials and
documents for each individual being on-boarded
• Daily data entry of skills assessments into spreadsheet or other database and work with NATS Admin
staff to develop a system for this process
• Daily interaction with project managers providing necessary updates on any personnel
• Schedule NATS team and update NATS calendar with who will be working on projects and which
projects the team member will be assigned to ensuring all projects have coverage
• Work with NATS travel coordinator on travel arrangements for NATS team
• On-Boarding of any new NATS team members
• Provide any incoming NATS team member with necessary project documents, PowerPoints, paperwork
and assignments
• Distribute NATS equipment when necessary using a check in/check out roster and maintain inventory
• Distribute NATS uniform (Hi Viz shirts/Vests) and maintain inventory
• Distribute electronic devices when necessary using a check in/check out roster and maintain inventory
• Scan and save any training and/or on-boarding documents to appropriate Google Drive folder
These responsibilities are not inclusive as this position is actively growing and being developed therefore more responsibilities may be added or removed dependent on how the position evolves.
