I rarely eat donuts, but one of my goals is to do the opposite of that - I want to end the year at least 10 pounds lighter than I am now!

Congrats on #3. 3 in diapers is a major expense! Get them trained and put the diaper $$ into their college fund.

Look at my phone half as often as I do now and make good use of the time and mental space I gain by doing so, especially when at home.

I'm getting back together with my trainer. He has opened his own gym now, and I'm giving up my denial of being an athlete! Plus I think I need more friends...muscular friends?

It’s hard too, Gap Power, my favorite equipment dealer two miles from my house, brings in about ten dozen from Achenbachs every Friday morning... It’s so tempting to go down there for some obscure reason just to grab a couple.
