Ms150 bar nut

Chain came off my ms 150 yesterday and when I went to take off bar nut the whole Screw came out with it. First I've seen that Anyone have same problem and any thoughts to prevent it again Loctite?

The bar stud came out? If so yes, red loctite it back in.
