Moving to Maui

I started my career in conservation which eventually led me to arboriculture and I've gone that route for the past 15 years with no regrets. Part of my geography degree and conservation experience that I've always wanted to pursue further is the GIS (more or less mapping) side of things... Well, I'm quite excited about landing a job in Maui that I'll be starting in Feb that's basically map hiking trails. That said, I'm not really ready to be done with tree work altogether and wanting to see if anyone here has any Maui connections. The new job has pretty good hours and lots of PTO so I'd love to explore the possibility of keeping up with the tree work part time as well! Any leads/help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

@stheis004 - Look up "TreeCutterDoug", Doug Tochtrop arborist / contract climber. Was living in Lahaina, Maui.
Good Man, and Great Climber.
