Moving Chipper To The Brush

At first glance $4000 is way too much to pay to move a small chipper back into a yard and closer to brush also. But, for some people, in some markets, it wouldn't take long to overcome the time and labor savings.

I frequently can just shoot chips over the fence into the ranch fields where I work.

The write up etrailer emailed about that unit had a testimony or two which spoke of it capeably moving a trailer up a grade on a guys gravel driveway.

BMG makes a pretty good solution for this as well. I've moved 12" chippers and 10' dump trailers loaded with chips.

Purple is a ‘95 Geo Tracker 4wd, silver is my current ride ‘03 with 4wd. Light, maneuverable, can be found for much less than $4k...and it has creature comforts.

Despite this thing being expensive and limited in capacity, I think it’s a cool concept.
For another perspective here’s a link to a similar but much larger device, that with the right accessories could also be a useful if pricey tool for tree workers.
It has a capacity of 3000 lb on flat surface and 1600lb at 40 degrees. Budget price is about 48 500 $CAD.
