Lol! I didn't fall off the cliff, just my bike, and amazingly it didn't affect it at all! Rode it home completely intact.

I just got the normal scrapes and bruises from a typical endo.

Here's some pics of the quarry I took last month. We've had a January thaw and the snow's melted, so right now the quarry's wide open for some rippin' riding.

Just got back from a killer bike ride.. It rain last night and made all the trails perfect .. Back to work on monday.
Hope to go to Maui next yr and ride the back side of Haleakala the crater in Maui.. Rode that crater 8 yrs ago w/my bro and he had a ugly spill.. Later from san diego ..

Do you all do any paintball ?

Looks like trails that the Drop In Zone get up to, way up in BC, those guys need there heads looked at big time. Im getting a bit old now for all that big air stuff, but i love to watch it. Some of the lads I know back home have a severe screw loose aswell.

My backgroud in MTBIKING is more Cross Country racing and endurance riding, Though dont get me wrong in my younger days we did some mad downhills back home in Scotalnd. I used to just love Sundays going hell for leather down through the trees then lauch yourself on to the forest track below, then crank it up to 55mph (make sure your pushing a 48-11) and scare the living daylights out of some innocent Sunday dog walkers. Happend a few times let me tell you, one thing I do like is when somebody screws up the trip mileage "did Tom say 37miles, no he got it wrong, what is it then, 60 miles, WHAT!" that one I wont forget in a hurry. I was so tired I could even sleep that night.

When I was back home at x-mas there i could still see where me SPD thudded me in the back from that big wipe out, there just memories but good ones.

Gary Fisher the man who gave us MOUNTAIN BIKING back in 74, but he sold out to TREK and did KLEIN mmmmmmm.

Have a question for you all what year did BMX start in California?

Talk soon

Scotty

PS sorry dont paintball, never done to be honest.

Mark it is about the 2500-3000 Euro price range to buy today, for the upto date model, I originally bought it 5 years ago my first time round here in Germany. it cost 5000 Deutshe Mark back then. But my old profession is a bike mechanic any way so i keep it going good.

So you probably don't just leave it laying around in the yard when you come in from playing outside?

:)

Re: Mountain Biking My bike at last

Mark,MB, thats just the flash of the camera changing the frame colours. It´s really red white and blue. just forget about the colours of the tyres also I have black ones on it these days.

Yeah Glen just throw it straight into the hedge and hope it is still there in the morning. That bike never gets left anywhere, to much sweat and tears went into saving for that mud chugger.
