Mountain Biking

Who here rides? What kind of riding do you prefer? Whats your bike setup, are you stock or fully custom?

If anyone has spare wheels sets or cranks and bottom bracket, I am looking for some good All Mountain/Freeride stuff.

I've got a Kona Jake (crossbike) that I mostly just ride to and from work. Also to pull my little girl's trailer around town.

I've got an OLD (1991) Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo that I'm getting back in shape to trail ride with.

Kona Stinky 5 pretty stock. Sitting there no air in the back tire and the rear brake needs bleeding. Sad really.

Total trail rider some urban to get a coffee or a rum. I don't like to mix bikes and cars.

I started a while back with a Pro-crusier an English made bike. I then bought a Joe Breeze followed by a Gary Fisher Tandem followed by a Gary Fisher single sit. After years of enjoyment I bought a Cunnigham from Charlie himself. Yes I love the bikes But I'm needing to purchase one with all the bells and whistles. You know shocks and more gears. I grew up in the town that all of these bike makers lived in and so I had connections with each and every one of them. That was thirty years ago Oh My! Does time fly by on a mountian Bike. Can you say REPACK. A great trail in Faifax,Ca. Most likely closed by now do to erosion control issues.

I used to mountain bike often. Until I had my bike stolen when I lived in Phoenix. I used to store it in my living room, but one night we had company over. I set it out on a 2 story balcony (and forgot I put it there). The next morning it was gone.

It sort of took the wind out of my sale for that... I miss the sport.

I'll soon get back into it, when I get employees to run my business for me.
