Most static 16-strand?

Hey Guys!
I post my question here as stretch may be more of a topic for Single Line Climbers:

What is the most static 16-strand climbing line out there?
Is there something comparable to Samson Vortex?

And if you want an all around line you can use mechanical devices, like ascenders and such, you're probably going to want something other than 16.

Ahh, the miracle of Board communication!
I assume that none of you knows a static 16-strand, right?

I love Vortex for my everyday climbing, and Rocket line with my ZigZag, but I also liked 16ers.
I'd really like to climb on one again if there was one really static.
Is that ok for you guys? :)

I like the small eye splices on 16,
and that it doesnt knot itself around limbs as often as a soft 24 does for example.
But I didnt want to have the pros and cons discussion, thats why I just asked what I asked.

I love climbing on my new england safety blue with a slaice on both ends. I don't ascend on it , buts its great when I transfer over to my pulley saver Ddrt.

Totally miss safety blue. Most comfortable on the hands.

Getting used to my luna though and beginning to dig the benefits of pruning srt with rope wrench. Redirects with no added friction. Took me a couple of tries. Go figure.

For what it's worth, Yale XTC Spark is ok for a 16 strand rope. I've run the rope wrench on it quite a bit. It's cousin XTC Fire is super bouncy. Don't know why there's such variance in Yale's XTC 16 strands, but there is, so if you go with a Yale 16 strand, I recommend Spark.

For what they are, they sure are tough ropes.

Donaghy's 'spark' is very static, a little thinner than most at 12mm, although with a stop in production you'll have to search out dead-stock.

Sampson vortex is a 24 strand not a 16.

I climb on Sampson Arbormaster with the Rope Wrench and have no problem with the stretch. I like it for it's durability.
